Explanation of Order Shipment Delays

We regret to inform you that due to a significant increase in the volume of orders at our store, processing times have inevitably slowed down, leading to delays in shipping all orders as originally scheduled. As a result, all recent orders will experience delayed shipment, with dispatch expected to commence after February 20th.

For customers who placed orders between February 3rd and February 20th, we offer two options:

  1. You may choose to use the discount code LATE20 to receive a 20% discount on your order and are willing to wait for the shipment. Please be aware that by using this code, you acknowledge and accept the terms of delayed shipment.
  2. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund. If you wish to choose a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any trouble this may have caused. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via email info@doohoob.com.

Please be advised that for orders not using the discount code and not actively choosing a refund, we may automatically cancel the order and process a refund after 48 hours.
